APPG hears from Manchester Airports Group, Emirates Airlines and Inside Travel Group

Today, the APPG held its first oral evidence session as a part of its inquiry into the recovery of aviation, travel and tourism sectors.

Parliamentarians heard from Manchester Airports Group, Inside Travel Group and Emirates Airlines.

The inquiry is investigating how the UK aviation, travel and tourism sectors has begun and will continue to recover from the devastating impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic and the role aviation, travel and tourism can take in supporting the UK economy post Covid, in particular the ambitions to level up different regions of the UK and deliver a Global Britain.
